Notes
Brazil nuts are nutritional powerhouses loaded with healthy fats, antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals like zinc, magnesium, and high levels of selenium to meet your daily requirements. Brazil nuts contain enough selenium when you add cacao powder for a nutrient-rich chocolate milkshake. Remember to soak the nuts overnight before preparing the milk.
